Rui Costa takes part in Microsoft Public Sector Security Summit
The 2nd edition of the Microsoft Public Sector Security Summit took place at Microsoft Portugal's headquarters and brought together various Portuguese public sector entities.
On September 21, 2023, Microsoft Portugal's headquarters in Parque das Nações hosted the 2nd edition of the Public Sector Security Summit, a forum for sharing the latest Microsoft Security technology and, above all, good practices and use cases.
Rui Costa, ARMIS’ CTO, attended and shared ARMIS' vision of the latest Microsoft ENTRA innovations, together with the portuguese Public Sector entities: SPMS - Shared Services of the Ministry of Health, the Regional Government of Madeira and the Office of the Minister of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security, represented respectively by Joaquim Carlos Pinto Rodrigues, Luís Gaspar and Carla da Costa Coelho.
Cybersecurity is continuous work and the commitment must always be based on continuing to develop solutions that support security professionals, who face increasingly sophisticated threats at scale, in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, protecting governments, companies and citizens.
Throughout the morning, various insights and a lot of know-how were shared, in a spirit of collaboration and sharing, with a focus on strengthening cyber security in the public sector.
