In 2021, ARMIS wins, for the third consecutive year, the title of Best Company to Work for in Portugal. The initiative promoted by EXAME Magazine in partnership with ManpowerGroup highlighted the 50 Portuguese companies with the best working practices.

The award ceremony took place this Thursday, 28 October, at AESE Business School, in Lisbon, at the "Future of Work" Forum.

The process of choosing the best companies involves detailed research into the corporate environment and aims to understand the level of satisfaction of employees with their company, leaders, projects, and other aspects that make up the culture of an organization.

This award is recognition of the implementation of our vision, our values and good work practices that differentiate us and which we intend to continue to disseminate in the future. 

ARMIS is honored to be part of the list, bearing in mind that this is also a direct recognition of the satisfaction of our employees, which makes us even prouder because it is our people who contribute daily to a solid culture that promotes innovation, quality, and commitment.
