On April 2nd and 3rd, ARMIS’ headquarters in Porto once again became the venue for in-person meetings of two Working Groups from the NAPCORE project: WG2 and sWG4.4.

The initiative brought together over 20 participants from various European countries, in addition to several professionals who joined remotely, fostering technical discussions essential to advancing interoperability and mobility data sharing across Europe.

The first day of the event featured the MobilityDCAT-AP v3 Editors Workshop, organised by the leadership of sub-group sWG4.4, represented by Peter Lubrich from the German Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt). The main objective was to gather metadata experts to contribute to the development of the MobilityDCAT-AP v3.0.0 specification, building on previous versions and incorporating the latest updates from the DCAT standard

The following day, it was the turn of Working Group WG2 – responsible for Interoperability and Levels of Service (LoS) of National Access Points (NAPs) – led by the ARMIS team, represented by João Montenegro and Lígia Conceição. The group hosted the NAP LoS Self-assessment Workshop 2025, an annual event organised by NAPCORE, moderated by Nuno Rodrigues (MAPTM, Netherlands). During the workshop, NAP operators from several countries carried out a self-assessment of their access points based on a set of categories and KPIs defined by NAPCORE experts.

Through these initiatives, ARMIS reinforces its active role in developing solutions for mobility data interoperability, supporting the creation of a more cohesive and efficient European digital ecosystem.
