ARMIS celebrates 30 years of Informatics and Computer Engineering at FEUP
On September 27 and 28, ARMIS actively participated in the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of FEUP's Informatics and Computer Engineering (EIC) course, a milestone that brought together more than 400 participants, including alumni, teachers and industry representatives.

ARMIS' synergy goes back a long way, with FEUP Prime Affiliate status and the recent investment in ARMIS LAB@FEUP, which promotes collaboration on research projects between the company, FEUP and strategic partners, particularly in Artificial Intelligence.
Through this lab, the company collaborates on initiatives that integrate innovation and technology, allowing students and professionals to develop joint solutions that impact the market. This co-creation space strengthens the bridge between academia and industry, providing a research environment aimed at solving real challenges in the technology sector.
In addition to the debates and panels on the future of computer engineering, the event offered moments of sharing and conviviality, with the highlight being the social dinner and the “Meet & Grill” meeting promoted by the EIC Alumni Association (AlumniEI).
Over the years, ARMIS has welcomed dozens of students into its internship programs, actively contributing to the integration of academia into industry.
